Privacy policy
What we collect and how long we keep it
This policy covers the OWCP website. California residents have the rights described below. The HIPAA notice is a separate document.
Categories
Identifiers (name, email, phone, ZIP), eligibility answers, consent records, appointment or waitlist status, and later hearing measurements if you are tested. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why
To tell you whether the program may apply, to book a time or place you on the waitlist, to send the messages you agreed to, and — only if you opt in — to use de-identified measurements for research.
Sharing
Staff at Assured Hearing, the database and hosting providers under contract, and text or email providers once those accounts are connected. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
A lead that never books and never joins the waitlist is deleted after 90 days. Booked and waitlist records are kept for program operations.
California rights
